My therapeutic services focus on supporting individuals and couples moving towards healing past and current trauma while building greater connection within themselves and with others in their lives. I work with preteens, teenagers, adults, and parents/caregivers in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I work with couple’s experiencing conflict and distress along with parenting difficulties. I also work with individuals and families who’ve experienced the unique circumstances of foster care, out of home placements and adoption.
