Every single change and transition that we experience is both greivable and celebrateable. I am passionate about imparting support to motivated and engaged individuals, with a special focus on caregivers, first responders, veterans, lgbtqia+ folks, and individuals with alternative lifestyles. I aspire to provide culturally competent, trauma informed care to people in every stage of adulthood for change that they desire, or are coping with.
