Hello, I am an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in treating Trauma, Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, ADHD, Life Transition issues, and Stress. I am trained in IBSR, EMDR, DBT, EFT, and CBT and Yoga for Trauma. We can work together so you feel comfortable, using traditional talk therapy, Body/Mind approaches or a combination of the two. Most people come to counselilng when they are stuck, frustrated and feel they aren't able to move forward with their lives, hopes and dreams.
