Everyone needs someone to talk to and I would love to be your person! I work primarily with pre-teens, teens and adults. I enjoy helping to navigate life challenges through any age! There is no greater honor than to be trusted with another human's truth and rawness. I would love to be a part of your journey. I have many years of experience treating anxiety, depression and the host of mental health challenges in between. I love teaching positive self-awareness and self-regulation skills along with psychoeducation on the mind-body-spirit connection (or disconnection in many cases!).
