Seeking therapy is a brave step, and you deserve support that meets you where you are. I offer a warm and nonjudgmental environment where we can work together and help you grow into the person you want to be. While I am especially passionate about working with individuals navigating religious deconstruction, faith transitions, and concerns related to shame, sexual pain, intimacy issues, and compulsive sexual behaviors, I also support clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and identity exploration. At your pace, we’ll explore what you want out of life, what’s been holding you back, and the different parts of you with compassion. My goal is to support positive change, authenticity, and deeper self-connection.
