Welcome, just as you are! I'm a licensed and trauma-informed art psychotherapist in Maryland with more than 8 years of experience supporting teens and young adults in the healing of complex trauma. As a member myself, I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA2s+ and chronic illness communities; and those experiencing the wide spectrum of dissociation and plurality. I draw from and integrate my own experiences as a wounded healer and the wealth of wisdom I've learned from each of my courageous clients. In our sessions, I strive to give all parts of you "permission to be" with the belief that there are "no bad parts.
