I specialize in supporting clients in navigating the acute anxiety and feelings of fear and panic that come with the transitions of life. Growing up we receive a flood of messages of who we are and who we are supposed to be. We may find ourselves wondering if who we are conflicts with who we were expected to be. Life can make us feel helpless and lost in the world. My research and clinical interests lie in helping people that feel such a way reignite their passions so they can be free to be their authentic selves. This includes those that identify as transgender, queer, neurodivergent and BIPOC.
