Change can be difficult for many people but wanting to feel better is a start. I believe that challenges lead to growth and an opportunity to live a more fulfilling life. Common reasons for seeking therapy include difficulty adjusting to life changes and transitions, dissatisfaction in significant relationships, coping with traumatic life experiences, and difficulty managing feelings. I work with individuals and groups to lessen the impact of trauma; develop healthy boundaries and coping skills; improve relationships and communication skills; and increase self-esteem/self-acceptance.
