I am a therapist who specializes in suicidal ideation and depression. My clients come to me feeling hopeless, helpless, and feeling like there is no reason to live. Some days, They may feel like they lack motivation to do anything they usually enjoy and are interested in doing. I also focus on anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life phases. I am a LCSW, LCDC, and I'm certified by the Missouri Academy for Child Trauma Studies for Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help teens rewrite their stories and heal from trauma.
