Now I work with adults, including senior citizens. I work with grief, depression, anxiety, aging, and relational issues. Training, personal experience, and professional practice have tended to focus my attention and work in those areas. I start with an assessment of a person's issues and their strengths to cope with those issues. Together, we develop other strengths that are needed. I see my task as that of a navigator to help you, as the driver, find the best path to achieve your goals, traveling at your most appropriate speed. I help you watch for obstacles and deal with them.
