Over 11 years I have provided support and education to those struggling with trauma, personality and mood disorders, and a wide variety of stress factors. I am culturally curious, a partner in recovery from severe symptoms, and the development of increased social support and coping skills. I truly enjoy learning how people integrate their experiences, traditions, and identities. At all times I make an effort to remain easy to understand, empathetic, postured to provide validation and emotional support. Assessment will be completed to determine factors that have influenced the Clients' decisions to seek therapy and how they perceive their causes for experiencing distress.
