My main focus is to help clients identify and build on their personal strengths so they can overcome the obstacles preventing them from realizing their full potential. My first priority when I meet with a client is to collaboratively establish therapy goals and determine what they would like to attain from the counseling process. Based on this information I personalize each session to help my clients achieve their goals. With every interaction, my goal is always the same: that you leave my office feeling that you were heard and validated.
