I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 29 years of experience based in the Middle Georgia area and seeing adult clients statewide remotely via telehealth. I specialize in trauma and the issues that sometimes accompany having experienced trauma (i.e. anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship difficulties) using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to assist clients in increasing resilience and achieving their goals.
