Harsh life experiences may have taught you to protect yourself in order to avoid further injury. You are not broken. You may be experiencing emotional injury, and/or psychological distress, but this does not communicate brokenness. On the contrary, this communicates an emotional BUILD. Troubling issues like that of anxiety, depression, women's issues, trauma, etc. often cause imbalance in our lives and may even cause impairment in one or more areas of life functioning if not treated. I have a passion for helping others reach a place of balance in their life, so that they may live in peace. “Peace Over Everything” is my motto.
