Feeling like you've had better days? Sometimes our mind races, we feel overwhelmed, a little confused or sadness arrives. Humans, at some point in life, will experience difficulty making decisions, we get stuck in our heads and find it hard to move past unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Asking for help is hard, but it doesn't have to be. Therapy helps relieve clients by offering skills and techniques to help manage. Let’s move through, instead of around, emotional pain and that feeling of being stuck. I also provide secondary supervision to enhance the growth of professionalism for interns.
