I truly love being a therapist and feel honored to support children, families, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. My specialties include maternal and infant mental health, grief and loss, childhood trauma, relationship-based stress, anxiety, depression, and supporting survivors of domestic violence. I also work closely with families involved in foster care and adoption system. My hope is to support you in building connection, understanding, new tools and resilience through even the most complex experiences.
