I believe each client has a unique experience and those individual experiences will need a unique and tailored approach. I assist couples, and individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, identity development and other areas. I am often working with people on communication, wants/needs/boundaries, and healthy emotional processing. I am sex positive and assist couples and individual in expressing needs, wants, and emotions in a functional way. Building trust and personal growth is the hallmark of my work. I provide a nonjudgmental and safe space for anything my clients bring into discussion.
