With over 15 years of experience, I have the expertise to help women and parents overcome issues such as adjusting to life changes, panic/anxiety, perinatal / postpartum mood and anxiety, depression, grief, parenting challenges, reproductive journeys, and strained parent-child relationships. I specialize in working with women and parents of children/teens. When working with me, women & parents experience support and understanding, as well as education on new ways of operating, implementing one change at a time, allowing you to feel more balanced and in control of your life. I offer telehealth services for clients in TN and KY.
