At Be Restored Counseling our approach to therapy is very relational. I take time to get to know my clients and understand the experiences in life that have led them to me. I believe the way we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world is through the lens of our experiences. Therefore, I believe healing within and in relationships begins with a safe theraputic attachment. I find great joy in partnering with individuals and couples as they bravely take steps towards healing! Through advanced training in trauma and sexual healing my hope is to provide a safe place for you to Be Seen, Be Connected, Be Loved, & Be Restored!
