My ideal client is someone struggling with OCD, feeling overwhelmed by persistent intrusive thoughts and compulsions. They may feel isolated, trapped, or misunderstood, struggling to regain control over their life. They want to find relief from the constant anxiety and distress OCD causes and reclaim their daily functioning. Their goal is to reduce the power OCD holds over them, regain a sense of normalcy, and ultimately live a life where they are no longer controlled by their fears. With both personal and professional experience, I understand how challenging and scary this can be, but I want them to know that healing is possible.
