I provide short-term, focused therapy for adults who want to pause, recalibrate, and move forward with intention. My work is structured, direct, and grounded in real-world application. I work with individuals, couples, and conduct therapeutic groups to identify patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen emotional regulation, and support meaningful change without long-term dependency on therapy. Best suited for private-pay, time-limited work.
