My name is Lacy Orcutt, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with children ages 5+, adults, couples, and families. Special interest areas include couple and relational work and interpersonal trauma, and I am an EMDR practitioner. I have experience within a variety of areas of trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other mental health struggles. I practice an experiential approach to therapy with integrated evidence-based treatments such Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS).
