Hello! I enjoy helping individuals with tackling life’s challenges and struggles; sometimes we just need someone we can confide in. I enjoy working with clients as young as 14yro to our experienced senior population. I specialize in working with symptoms related to depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and PTSD, however I do treat various other mental health needs. My approach is laid back, as I believe it can be quite difficult to open up in a sterile, clinical setting. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with Solution-Focused Therapy when needed. Evenings and weekends are accommodated to as well.
