My guidance and approach as a therapist and social worker are shaped by the perspective I have gained throughout my life and experiences living in Texas, Florida, Chicago, California, and Hawai’i. I provide therapy that is relationship-based and holistic. My areas of strength and expertise include supporting those struggling with systemic and judicial oppression, trauma, depression, anxiety, family stress, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. I'm open and transparent while supporting and teaching clients to persevere and improve resiliency.
