I have been working as a trauma-informed therapist for ten years and I am passionate about ensuring survivors of trauma and adversity have a safe non judgemental space to heal from their painful past and recover to live their best life. My mission is to support you on your healing journey through my Live SMART framework. I teach my clients SKILLS to cope with life and how to reframe their MINDSET & take ACTION to RESTORE hope while healing their TRAUMA.
