About
Adult clients come to me when feeling stuck, anxious, or depressed. Others are coping with life changes, relationship issues, trauma, or loss. I strive to be an honest, accepting, and active partner in your journey to greater fulfillment. Using a variety of approaches, I support my clients to gain insight and self-acceptance, to navigate life transitions, to deepen relationships, and to make meaning from loss. Therapy is self-care. Now is the time to seek the support you deserve. Give me a call, email, or check out my website. Let's get started. I also work with children and adolescents to address emotional, social and behavioral issues, as well as family crises like separation/divorce, illness, and grief. I combine play therapy, which utilizes children's natural means of self-expression, with cognitive behavioral techniques, to give children tools for adjusting to change, expressing feelings, and gaining confidence.
