I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) whose work is defined by my deep commitment to compassionate, culturally sensitive, and faith-based care. Born and raised on the beautiful island of Oʻahu, I draw inspiration from my Pacific Islander heritage and the vibrant, close-knit communities that shaped my upbringing. My personal and professional journey has been driven by a desire to support individuals through life’s challenges, by helping navigate emotional struggles, mental health concerns, and personal growth with guidance that honors their unique experiences, values, & beliefs.
