I work with individuals, couples, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are looking for support, healing, and healthier relationships. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and communication challenges, and want practical tools along with emotional understanding. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Therapy, trauma-informed care, and faith-based principles when desired. Together, we explore thought patterns, relationship dynamics to build coping skills, strengthen connections.
