Clients that I see are teens and young adults that need someone who listens and understands instead of just writing notes and handing out homework. I see trans clients seeking gender-affirming care, I see people with histories of sexual abuse or religious trauma, and I see teens struggling with identity and life transitions. These clients are looking for a therapist that takes time to get to know them and understands that therapy is relational, and meets them where they are with all the same emotions that they have. Often, neurodivergent folks are seeking an AuDHD therapist that understands their experiences and worldview.
