As a therapist I believe that you are capable of solving your own problems, however sometimes we need a guiding light along the way. I want to be able to empower you to empower yourself. I am here to help you find the answers and solutions that are right for you and your life. Sometimes we lose sight of what we want out of life, and that is where I come in. I am here to be a non-judgmental good listener, and a mirror for reflecting as well as a place of unconditional positive regard. Whatever you may be facing in your life, you should not have to do it alone. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and believe that we don't always have to believe everything our brain tells us. Sometimes our brain reacts in present time to past trauma and this can impact our thinking and decision making process. I also specialize in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, specifically Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
