For people from disrupted families, nontraditional families, survivors of physical, sexual and/or emotional abuse, relational trauma, and parents of children with special needs...by working within a safe, trusting, supportive space that is just for you, together we can help you understand what's troubling you, feel better, and improve the quality of your life. I believe that through the therapeutic process people can learn, grow, and develop into the person they want to be. I have 2 areas of specialization... 1) the treatment of trauma and 2) therapeutic parenting. I love working with parents and understanding how who we've been and who we are shapes our parenting. I also know that parenting children with special needs requires special parenting. I get it and I am committed to helping this process.
