Parenting, balancing professional and personal responsibilities, and maintaining your own well-being can often feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll create effective strategies to reduce stress, ease anxiety and depression, strengthen relationships, and foster both personal and professional growth. I am trained in Dialectical Beahvioral therapy and SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). I use DBT techniques to assist a diverse group of clients in coping with life's challenges and developing resilience. I also draw upon CBT, IFS and Structural Family Therapy.
