Are you feeling down, hopeless, or just “not good enough” and needs someone to talk to? You’re not alone and have come to the right place. I know participating in therapy can be intimidating. My priority is to make you feel safe, comfortable, and to empower you to make the change in your life that will turn your rainy days into sunny days. The therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs and are provided in a warm, nonjudgmental, safe space, allowing you to be your authentic self. As a skilled, caring, and unique therapist, my goal is for you to be whole again and to enjoy life even when experiencing challenging moments. During sessions, you can be your vulnerable self, talk openly, and express yourself in a way that’s comfortable for you. As you get more relaxed with sharing your thoughts and feelings with me, you will learn the tools needed to cope with day-to-day challenges.
