I offer compassionate, open minded therapeutic services for those impacted by trauma, social justice issues, relationship conflicts and stress. My approach is warm and compassionate. The therapeutic space is welcoming to all. Come as you are! Some goals for therapy can include: establishing self esteem, healing from past trauma, overcoming relationship issues and recalibrating your life. Therapy is approached in a patient, calm and direct manner. Focus will be based on interventions and solution focused approaches.
