I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 20 years of therapeutic experience, beginning in 1999, working in an inpatient facility with children and adolescents. My expertise includes working with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, addiction, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. I use a mix of Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Adlerian, Cognitive Processing (CPT), Compassion Focused, Complicated Grief Therapy, Eclectic, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and many more. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move towards where you want to be in life.
