I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults from all backgrounds, including PTSD, complex trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, supporting individuals navigating identity-related stress, minority stress, relationships, and the emotional impact of discrimination. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I offer a safe, inclusive, nonjudgmental therapy space where clients can heal from trauma, regulate their nervous system, and feel supported, understood, and empowered.
