I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and love working with individuals and couples. I believe that everyone desires connection and wants to be heard. I also believe actually receiving it and having a desire are vastly different. Most of us find the "one," then life happens, careers kick off, kids, and before we know it the connection has been lost. We feel stuck, lost, and like it's impossible to get it back to that feeling. My job is to help you to identify those stuck places and develop new experiences that propel you forward in the relationship and better equip you when similar feelings of disconnection arise.
