My aim is to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and embracing their fullest potential. I equip clients with tools to improve their mindset and emotional well-being. My ideal client is someone navigating relationship struggles, a significant life transition, whether it's due to divorce, the end of a long-term relationship, the loss of a loved one, or adjusting to an empty nest. In therapy, I meet clients where they are, offering a non-judgmental space for them to express themselves authentically.
