They may be struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or navigating major life transitions. What they all share is a desire for change—whether that means building healthier coping skills, improving communication, or simply feeling more connected to themselves. I enjoy working with clients who are open to reflection and growth, and who value having a safe, supportive space to process their experiences.
