Lamerial has spent over 17 years counseling individuals, couples, and families. She has served as a counselor educator and supervisor at various universities, which also informs her practice approach. She’s intentional and committed in her own journey, bringing experience, strength, and hope to the counseling process! Lamerial utilizes a holistic (mind, body, and spirit) model to promote healing, repair, and growth. She helps clients deepen their own understanding of core values, health and wellness, relationship goals, and the impacts of chronic stress and trauma. Resulting in a more authentic self as clients learn to accept and validate their own feelings, thoughts, and behaviors with intentionality and responsibility. Lamerial empowers clients to identify their strengths and areas for potential while building a genuine, therapeutic relationship.
