Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Connecticut. I received my Master's from Cambridge College of Massachusetts and have been practicing over 15 years. I help people who struggle with many life problems or mental health disorders become more aware of their issues and assist them with providing healthy clarity. I am a very open therapist here to provide a safe place for my clients to explore struggles they may have in their current life and just be none judgmental, letting people just be themselves, which is needed to establish a rapport and a overall therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help one learn from my therapy style, but also me be open to learning from them as wel! In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss the specific issues you are dealing with. This will help me develop a treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
