As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with teens and adults, and their families to help them navigate through mental health concerns within a system of care that can feel overwhelming. I seek to empower clients while being grounded in the realistic restrictions that time, life circumstances, and competing demands can place on an individual. I also like to incorporate humor and strive to be genuine in all of my interactions.
