I am a licensed psychologist with specialized training from Harvard Medical School, as well as other academic medical settings and outpatient centers. I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, learning differences, behavioral challenges, and the stress that can come from medical conditions or chronic illness. I work collaboratively with children, adolescents, adults, and their families to understand their emotions, develop effective coping skills, and move towards a more grounded and fulfilling daily life.
