Are you ready to share your emotional struggle? I would love to be part of your healing journey. My goal is to support you in feeling seen, heard, and empowered to move forward. I come sessions not only as a clinician but with lived experience. I value authenticity and growth. My own life experiences have taught me the importance of resilience and compassion and the power of support in healing and finding relief. I work with trauma, grief, identity issues, and life transitions. I also have a deep interest in anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics and conflict. I treat clients from many backgrounds, including men and women, youth, and seniors. My gender-affirming practice also includes LGBTQ+. My experiences include working in community mental health, college counseling, and also within the justice system. My passion is helping people heal and recover to lead the lives they've dreamed of.
