Why isn't traditional talk therapy helping you? As a neuropsychologist with a diverse cultural background, I have a deeper understanding of how our emotions and early experiences correlate with our brain and body health. Utilizing a combination of traditional talk therapy and neuroscience, my goal is to assist clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, health issues and relationship problems, navigate through their life. Life can be complicated, and at times we are unsure which path to take. I am dedicated to helping clients gain insight into their past & themselves, while empowering them to create fulfilling futures.
