I have been working in the mental health field since 2001. I am licensed under the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling and under the Arkansas Psychology Board. I have experience working with people of all ages who are experiencing problems with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavior problems, and ADHD, as well as various other mental health issues or problems with adjustment issues. If you are navigating new phases of life or dealing with emotional symptoms, I can help. I believe that people have what they need within themselves to persevere through and find answers to help them with whatever challenges they are facing. My goal is to work alongside you, offering support and assistance in a nonjudgmental environment.
