I am an LPC that works with adults seeking relief from anxiety, depression, feeling stuck, or repeating old patterns that you wish could break. I also work with those who have experienced sexual assault, abuse, interpersonal violence, or have experienced trauma or vicarious trauma in their work, such as first responders and veterans. I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma, using a warm, non-judgmental approach to create a safe and supportive environment. I am an EMDR Certified therapist, with a foundation in humanistic client-centered therapy. EMDR is a technique primarily used to effectively treat trauma, but it can be used to treat anxiety or depression as well.
