Many of the people I work with know the weight of systems—religious, familial, cultural—that silenced their longings or demanded compliance. In our work, we make space for what has been exiled and listen for what’s still alive beneath the surface. This is an invitation to slow down, meet yourself with compassion, and shape a life that feels more whole—and your own. I specialize in working with queer and trans adults and those recovering from religious or spiritual trauma. Together we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck, tend to what’s been silenced, and help you live with more freedom, depth, and meaning through insight, compassion, and steady support.
