Being human can be as amazing and rewarding as it can be challenging and confusing. Navigating experiences such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship strains, and life transitions can be especially difficult when feeling stuck, alone, or misunderstood. I believe that upon looking deeply into these challenges, we actually stand to gain a great deal from them, and that having the right support in doing so can really make a difference. As an integrative psychotherapist, I am passionate about holding space for people to explore their full range of human experience and live more fulfilling lives.
