For couple work, I only use Gottman Method Couples Therapy, as I believe in evidence based practices and strive to provide the best experience possible for everyone seeking services. I also have extensive experience working with families struggling with changes in life and hardships. I understand that the teen years can be an especially challenging time and have assisted many families in forging new bonds and ways to communicate that have allowed all members of the family to feel respected and validated.
